We understand that customers may need to make changes after placing an order. At sulastyle, we do our best to assist with order modifications or cancellations before your order enters processing or is shipped out.
Please read our policy below.
1. Order Modification (Address, Items, Variants)
We support order modifications before the order is shipped.You may request the following changes:
- Correction of spelling errors
- Updating house number, street, or unit number
- Changing the city, state, or postal code
- Change size or color
- Replace an item before shipment
- Add or remove items from your order (price difference may apply)
- Email or phone number correction
Important Notes
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer modify it.
We recommend contacting us within 12–24 hours after placing your order for the highest chance of success.
2. Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the order is processed or shipped.Eligible for Cancellation:
- Orders placed within the last 12–24 hours
- Orders not yet processed by our warehouse
- Orders without issued tracking numbers
Not Eligible for Cancellation:
- Orders already processed
- Orders already shipped
- Orders currently in transit
If your order cannot be canceled, you may choose to request a return once you receive the package (following our Return Policy).
3. Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped:
- We cannot modify the address
- We cannot change product items or sizes
- We cannot cancel the order
- We cannot reroute the package
- If you entered an incorrect address, the package may be returned to sender.
In such cases, you may request re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply depending on the situation).
4. Fees & Refunds for Cancellations
If the order has not been processed:
- Cancellation is free
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
If the order has already been processed or shipped:
- Cancellation is not available
- You may wait for the package and request a return (customer bears return shipping for non-quality reasons)
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
5. How to Request Cancellation or Modification
To modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used during checkout
- Clear description of your request

6. Customer Responsibility
Please review your order carefully before checking out.Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate address information
- Ensuring correct product selection (size, color, quantity)
- Contacting us promptly for modifications
- Once the package is shipped, the responsibility shifts to the carrier.
