1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Tags must remain attached
  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Exchanges
  • We accept exchanges.
  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, as long as the returned item meets our return conditions.
  • If an exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Return Reasons & Responsibility

Your refund eligibility is not affected by the reason for return. However, responsibility for return shipping costs differs:

4.1 Customer Reasons (change of mind, wrong size, no longer want the item)
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
We do not provide free return labels for these cases.

4.2 Seller Responsibility (defective, damaged, incorrect item sent)
We provide free return shipping.
Customers may choose:A full refund or A replacement item (if available)
Please contact us with photos/videos of the issue for quicker processing.

5. Return Address

We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the return address varies based on the customer’s location.

6. Non-returnable Items
  • The following items cannot be returned:
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items showing signs of use or washing
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Any item not authorized by customer service before return
7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

We cannot refund to alternative accounts or payment methods.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
